At Devine Skin, we aim to provide a professional, relaxing and supportive experience for every client. To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly, we kindly ask all clients to read and respect our clinic policies.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice—or failure to attend—will result in full payment being taken, as it is unlikely we can fill the appointment at such short notice. A card will be required to secure bookings. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in prepayment being required for future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee the full treatment can be completed. Your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other clients, and the full treatment fee will still apply. If arrival is significantly late and the treatment is no longer possible, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
Consultation & Treatment Suitability
All treatments require a consultation and/or patch test before we can proceed. This ensures your safety and that the treatment is suitable for your skin. If you arrive without a required patch test or consultation, we may not be able to carry out the treatment and
the booking policy will still apply.

Health & Medical Information
To provide safe and effective treatments, clients must complete and update their consultation forms honestly. Please inform us of any new medical conditions, medication changes, or allergies prior to your appointment. Some treatments may need to be postponed for your safety.

Children & Guests
For insurance, safety, and to maintain a calm environment, children and additional guests cannot be brought into the treatment room unless agreed in advance.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Any information you provide—through booking systems, consultation forms, emails, or in person—is treated with complete confidentiality. We only collect information necessary for your treatments and clinic operations. Your data is stored securely in compliance with GDPR regulations, and it is never shared with third parties unless legally required. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
