Lockdown part two - Week two

This will cheer you up and make you smile .

Well, I have been taking this 2nd lockdown serious and I have achieved several things, I have managed to put on some more weight! 😏  ( bizarre cos at the beginning of the year I vowed to lose 10 pounds, only 15 pounds more to go) . 🤣  I appear to have a serious drinking problem, ( I was lead to believe that alcohol killed the virus, so I have kept my body topped up with alcohol to keep me safe). I didn’t  want to take any risk. 🤣🍷🥃🍺🍻🍹🥂🍾 My hair is always in a state of bed head hair, ( good job it’s winter as I can put a hat on) and I haven’t got out of my pj’s for a week.  🤪

So  after careful consideration, I have decided that it is no longer in the best interest of everyone involved to proceed with 2020.... While I recognise a lot of hard work went into preparing for 2020, as it’s been such a  smorgasbord of shit storms, it’s best just to call it off.

Going forward to 2021, I want to see some new terms and conditions !!

Actually, I may be  telling a little white lie above, as I did manage to get out of my pj’s to go for a little walk and start some sort of fitness campaign. Well, it was meant to be a little walk but again (seems to happen a lot I got lost.🤦🏼‍♀️ After going around in circles at Ash Ranges

for a couple of hours, I eventually recognised where I was but also realised to get home was a long walk . Anyway, after nearly five hours (4.51h), 16.8km - 13.5 miles & 31,479 steps later to be exact, I arrived home. Yes, I know what your thinking, why didn’t you use your map on your phone as I obviously had it with me as how would I know how many steps I did. Well, I didn’t have my glasses on so couldn’t see the phone or the button to make the screen bigger 😏😂 As for the fitness campaign, the next day I could barely move so again, thought it was in my best interest to stay in my pJs.  🤷🏼‍♀️😏😂

With being indoors with the central heating on and going out in the cold (only once for me),😏 this time of year makes our skin feel drier and wearing masks can cause skin issues. Although we can’t do salon treatments, I can still help with your skin concerns and have put together a home peel facial kit for you to do at home. 🎁 💝
